Even for the same product, each vendor has separate nonprofit or education plans with different eligibility criteria and supporting documents. Checking them one by one takes organizations a long time, and many give up partway through. YOUTHON researches eligibility conditions in advance and, when a product qualifies, applies in the organization's name and submits the required evidence as well.
The terms for one organization buying five accounts differ from the terms for multiple organizations combining demand into a single contract. As a procurement provider, YOUTHON aggregates volume and negotiates supply conditions, while each organization takes only the quantity it needs. This also helps small organizations overcome minimum-quantity requirements.
Account structures, department and activity-group permissions, and shared address systems are broadly similar across youth organizations. YOUTHON turns this structure into a standard template and applies it by changing only the organization-specific details. Because we do not redesign everything from scratch every time, labor costs for provisioning fall, allowing us to keep the base setup fee lower.
Many providers bundle implementation and management. YOUTHON separates them. If the organization's administrator can operate the administrator console directly, there is no managed service fee. You can switch to managed service later when you need spam filter updates or account change support.
YOUTHON is still being built and needs real usage records from actual organizations. That is why beta tester organizations receive an 80% discount on one-time items such as organization base setup and workspace provisioning. The discount period is at least one year and may be extended, and the same discount applies to participation fees for newly launched services.
